SpaCation and Overcome Your Stress

Think of everything we juggle day-to-day - work, friends, children, pets; the list goes on. Let’s not even mention the distressing economic reports we hear and read every time we turn on the T.V., radio or computer. I think everyone is aware that being over-committed and overwhelmed seems to be the name of the game these days. So the question is: how can we possibly handle it all?

Taking time for yourself – relaxing! “Vacation?” you might ask, “like I have time to plan a vacation, much less take one.” My answer, “Not Vacation, SpaCation…”

This new spa trend of enjoying a couple of days or even just a couple of hours in a spa just debuted in Atlanta thanks to William Bean, creator and founder of VIPDistinct, a lifestyle management company. The company takes care of everything; they’ll even arrange transportation and childcare!!! “It is the goal of the VIPDistinct,” Mr. Bean says, “to help individuals or corporations achieve balance,” Balance…the key to keeping it all together.

R&B songstress Angie Stone recently spent two days in The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta and enjoyed multiple treatments, tea, a fabulous dinner at Park 75 and a night recharging in a luxurious suite. Angie chose to do a SpaCation experience to rejuvenate before she heads to L.A. to record another album, why will you?

Check out Angie’s SpaCation, as featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

SpaCation packages can be booked online at VIPDistinct or by calling 866-993-4784. Packages can be personalized to include everything from arranged childcare back at home to transportation service and special amenities upon your arrival. ''Our goal is to begin the de-stressing process from the moment you realize you need a SpaCation, says Bean. At the end of the experience, a SpaCation should replenish your entire being."
